Join us on September 3rd from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM for Alive @ 5, an evening of innovation, creativity, community, and friendly competition at the Makerspace.

Get an up-close look at what’s possible with live demonstrations of 3D printing, laser engraving, CNC routing, plasma cutting, UV printing, and more. Explore the technology, see the equipment in action, and discover how the Makerspace can help turn ideas into reality.

During the evening, you’ll also hear from Dan and the Grey Bruce Makers team and have the opportunity to participate in the BEC’s “Pitch It or Ditch It” competition. Cheer on participants as they put their ideas to the test and compete for a woodworking class voucher.

Take a tour of the facility, learn more about the tools, programs, and opportunities available, and see everything the Makerspace has to offer. Attendees can also enter to win a free one-month membership and starter pack.
